1 lb ground beef

1 cup cooked rice

1 small onion, finely chopped

1 egg

1 tsp salt

1/4 tsp pepper

1 can (28 oz) crushed tomatoes

1/4 cup brown sugar

In a large pot or Dutch oven, combine the crushed tomatoes, brown sugar, and vinegar. Bring to a simmer.

Place the cabbage rolls in the pot, seam side down. Cover and bake for 1 hour.
