<p>Rotisserie Chicken Recipe</p>



<p>Preparation Time: 15 minutes Cooking Time: 1 hour 30 minutes Total Time: 1 hour 45 minutes Serves: 4-6</p>



<h3 class="wp-block-heading">Ingredients:</h3>



<ul>
<li>1 (3-4 pound) whole chicken</li>



<li>2 tablespoons olive oil</li>



<li>2 teaspoons salt</li>



<li>1 teaspoon black pepper</li>



<li>1 teaspoon paprika</li>



<li>1 teaspoon dried thyme</li>



<li>1 teaspoon garlic powder</li>



<li>1/2 teaspoon onion powder</li>
</ul>



<h2 class="wp-block-heading">Instructions for Rotisserie Chicken recipe:</h2>



<ol>
<li>Preheat your rotisserie oven to 425 degrees F (220 degrees C).</li>



<li>In a small bowl, mix together the olive oil, salt, pepper, paprika, thyme, garlic powder, and onion powder.</li>



<li>Rinse the chicken and pat it dry with paper towels.</li>



<li>Rub the seasoning mixture all over the chicken, making sure to get it under the skin as well.</li>



<li>Secure the chicken onto the rotisserie spit and tie the legs together with kitchen twine.</li>



<li>Place the chicken in the rotisserie oven and cook for 1 hour and 30 minutes, or until the internal temperature of the chicken reaches 165 degrees F (74 degrees C).</li>



<li>Carefully remove the chicken from the rotisserie spit and let it rest for 10-15 minutes before slicing and serving.</li>
</ol>
