Greek Lemon Chicken and Potatoes

  • 4 chicken thighs
  • 4 chicken drumsticks
  • 4 potatoes, peeled and quartered
  • 2 lemons, juiced
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 2 cloves of garlic, minced
  • 2 tbsp dried oregano
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley, for garnish

Instructions for Greek Lemon Chicken and Potatoes recipe:

  1. Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C).
  2. In a small bowl, mix together the lemon juice, olive oil, garlic, oregano, salt and pepper.
  3. Place the chicken and potatoes in a baking dish. Pour the lemon mixture over the chicken and potatoes.
  4. Bake for 45 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through and the potatoes are tender.
  5. Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.

To make it beautiful, you can add some lemon slices and parsley on top of the chicken and potatoes before serving.
