Ingredients:
- 1 lb ground beef (or a mixture of beef, pork, and veal)
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs

- 1 egg

- In a large bowl, combine the ground beef, breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, garlic, egg, parsley, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
- Form the mixture into 1 1/2-inch meatballs.
- Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the meatballs and cook, turning occasionally, until browned on all sides and cooked through, about 20-25 minutes.
- Remove the meatballs from the skillet and place them on a paper towel-lined plate to remove excess oil.
