Korean Barbecue-Style Meatballs

Ingredients:
- 1 pound ground beef or pork
- 1/4 cup breadcrumbs
- 2 tablespoons minced green onion
- 2 cloves minced garlic
- 2 teaspoons soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon sesame oil
- 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 egg
- 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/4 cup vegetable oil for frying

- In a large bowl, combine ground beef or pork, breadcrumbs, green onion, garlic, soy sauce, sesame oil, black pepper, salt, and egg. Mix well.
- Roll mixture into 1 1/2-inch meatballs.
