<li>2 cups glutinous rice</li>



<li>1 onion, diced</li>



<li>3 cloves garlic, minced</li>



<li>2 inches ginger, grated</li>



<li>1 tbsp fish sauce</li>



<li>1 tsp salt</li>



<li>6 cups chicken broth</li>



<li>2 stalks green onions, sliced</li>



<li>1 cup chopped cilantro</li>



<li>Fried garlic and sliced green onions for garnish</li>
</ul>



<p>Preparation time: 15 minutes Cooking time: 30 minutes Total time: 45 minutes Serves: 4</p>



<h2 class="wp-block-heading">Instructions for Chicken Arroz Caldo (Chicken Rice Porridge) recipe:</h2>

<li>In a large pot, add the chicken thighs and cover with the chicken broth. Bring to a boil and then reduce to a simmer. Cook for 20 minutes or until the chicken is cooked through.</li>
