<li>3-4 pound corned beef brisket</li>



<li>1 onion, sliced</li>



<li>4 cloves of garlic, minced</li>



<li>2 cups of beef broth</li>



<li>1 cup of water</li>



<li>1 tablespoon of pickling spice</li>



<li>2 bay leaves</li>



<li>4-5 red potatoes, quartered</li>



<li>2-3 carrots, peeled and sliced</li>



<li>1 head of cabbage, cut into wedges</li>
</ul>



<p>Preparation Time: 10 minutes Cooking Time: 90 minutes Total Time: 100 minutes Serves: 6-8</p>



<h2 class="wp-block-heading">Instructions for Instant Pot Corned Beef recipe:</h2>



<ol>
<li>Place the sliced onion and minced garlic at the bottom of the Instant Pot.</li>



<li>Put the corned beef on top of the onions and garlic.</li>



<li>Add the beef broth, water, pickling spice, and bay leaves on top of the corned beef.</li>



<li>Close the lid of the Instant Pot and set it to manual pressure cook mode for 90 minutes.</li>



<li>Allow the pressure to release naturally for about 10 minutes before doing a quick release.</li>
