<h3 class="wp-block-heading">Ingredients:</h3>



<ul>
<li>2-3 boneless, skinless chicken breasts</li>



<li>2 cans (10.5 oz each) cream of chicken soup</li>



<li>1 onion, diced</li>



<li>2 cups chicken broth</li>



<li>1 tsp poultry seasoning</li>



<li>Salt and pepper, to taste</li>



<li>2 cups (about 8 oz) frozen or refrigerated dumplings</li>



<li>Fresh parsley, chopped (optional)</li>
</ul>



<h2 class="wp-block-heading">Instructions for Slow Cooker Chicken and Dumplings recipe:</h2>



<ol>
<li>In a slow cooker, combine the chicken, cream of chicken soup, diced onion, chicken broth, poultry seasoning, salt and pepper.</li>



<li>Cook on low for 6-8 hours or until the chicken is cooked through and tender.</li>



<li>Remove the chicken from the slow cooker and shred it with two forks.</li>



<li>Return the shredded chicken to the slow cooker.</li>



<li>Stir in the frozen or refrigerated dumplings.</li>
