I usually find that a bit too much, leading to dry cupcakes, but I’m always willing to try a new ratio! I’ve had good luck in the past with slightly less flour, maybe closer to 1 1/4 cups, and adding an extra tablespoon or two of milk to keep them moist. It really depends on the humidity and the flour itself, I guess. I’m curious, do you find that amount of flour consistently yields a good texture for you, or do you ever adjust it based on how the batter looks? I’m excited to give this a go this weekend!
