Homemade Chicken Nuggets

Ingredients:
- 1 lb boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into 1-inch chunks
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 2 cups breadcrumbs
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1/4 tsp garlic powder
- Vegetable oil, for frying

- In a shallow dish, combine the flour, salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
